We both spent years working in organizations where people burned hours copy-pasting data, chasing manual follow-ups, and regenerating the same reports every week. The tools to automate all of that already exist — they're accessible, affordable, and mature. The problem was that nobody had the time or the expertise to put them in place.
Tim and David joined forces because they saw the same gap: Quebec SMBs are falling behind not because they lack resources, but because they lack access to expertise. Large firms serve large companies. Small businesses are left to figure it out on their own with misconfigured tools.
With 30 years of combined experience across defence, the public sector, cybersecurity, human resources, and procurement, we founded Telos Machina to close that gap. We build custom automation systems for human-scale businesses — and we stick around to maintain them.

Tim handles architecture and implementation. His background in technology and complex systems management lets him design automations that hold up over time. He's worked in environments where mistakes are expensive — that builds a certain discipline.

David comes from cybersecurity and the public sector. He brings a different lens: how to build systems that are robust, secure, and compliant with Quebec's regulatory environment. When something can go wrong, David has probably already seen it.
