Marketing Automation for SMBs
Email sequences, CRM, lead scoring, dashboards. We build the system that follows your prospects while you work on something else.
The platform is not the system
The pattern repeats. A business subscribes to a marketing platform, imports its contact list, sends one newsletter, and the subscription keeps billing while the list sleeps. A year later the platform has cost a few thousand dollars and delivered four sends.
The assumption at fault is that the platform is the system. It is not. A platform sends messages. A system decides who receives what, at what moment, on which trigger, and when the sequence should stop. That decision comes with no subscription.
Our work starts after the tool choice, and usually with the tools you already pay for. We draw the paths a prospect can take from the form to the signature, we wire your systems together, and we make every step visible in a dashboard you can read without us.
What we automate
Leads and follow-up
- Web forms wired straight into the CRM, with no manual re-entry
- Lead scoring driven by actual behaviour rather than a hunch
- Automatic follow-ups that stop the moment someone replies
- Routing to the right person by region or by requested service
Email and content
- Welcome and re-engagement sequences fired by an action, not by a calendar
- Newsletter built on CyberImpact, hosted in Quebec
- Scheduled social publishing and reuse of the content you already have
- AI-assisted drafting kept in your voice, with a human read before every send
Measurement and visibility
- One dashboard instead of six open browser tabs
- Inbound requests attributed to their real source
- Alerts when a sequence breaks, before you notice it through the silence
- A monthly report naming what moved and what produced nothing
Custom, not a package
We do not sell a prebuilt bundle. Every engagement starts with a meeting about what you actually want automated, not about what a service grid suggests. A general contractor and a dental clinic run different flows even when both say they want more leads.
After the meeting we draw your system as a flow chart: every trigger, every condition, every message, every stopping point. You read it, you correct it, we agree on it. Only then does the build start. That removes the expensive surprise where the delivered system does not do what you had in mind.
Engagements stack. An email sequence, a CRM integration, and a dashboard can live in the same engagement, built in the order that pays you back fastest. For simpler automations we can show you the thing working before any money changes hands.
There is no price on this page. The amount depends on the number of flows, the state of your tools, and how much data has to be untangled. Every engagement receives a custom quote after the meeting, with a deposit that opens the work, a payment at first delivery, and the balance at final delivery.
Compliant by design
A marketing system handles personal information, without exception. In Quebec that places it squarely under Loi 25, and CASL governs every commercial email you send on top of that. A system built without those constraints has to be rebuilt, not adjusted.
We capture consent at the source, timestamped and traceable. Unsubscribe works in every send, automated sequences included. We favour CyberImpact for newsletters: a Quebec platform, data hosted in Canada, designed for this regulation. If you have not mapped your obligations yet, that starts with a Compliance Diagnostic.
Questions about marketing automation
What does marketing automation actually mean?
It is the system that carries prospect follow-up without anyone thinking about it. The email goes out at the right moment, the CRM record updates itself, the sequence stops when someone replies. The platform sends messages. The system decides who gets what, when, and why.
Do we have to change our current tools?
Rarely. We start by making what you already pay for work together. A tool change gets proposed only when the current tool genuinely blocks the outcome, and you get the reason before the recommendation.
Can we see the system working before paying?
For simpler automations, yes. We stand up a working demonstration and show it to you before any money changes hands. The larger the build, the less practical that becomes, but the question gets asked on every engagement. In all cases you see and approve the flow chart before we build.
How much does it cost?
The amount depends on the number of flows, the state of your tools, and how much data has to be untangled. We publish no figure because it would be wrong in most cases. Every engagement receives a custom quote after the meeting, paid in stages: a deposit at the start, a payment at first delivery, the balance at the end.
